Here is an updated and improved version of a skin I posted before the forum went down. I've made a lot of changes including the POOM section which has been reworked. I've tried to shrink the main section to a minimum in order to allow maximum space for appointments and tasks.
This skin features:
- Main section with toggle between sunrise/sunset and moon phases (via the today weather icon).
- System information with the ability to toggle main/program memory, 3 storage cards (Ipaq 2200), and free/used memory.
- Shortcuts to the built in battery application (battery icon), and built in applications for main memory and storage cards (via the corresponding memory meters). The supplied shortcuts work on my 2200. They may need to be modified for other machines.
- Weather section. Cities are toggled by tapping the city name. Tapping the day icon brings up a detailed forecast.
- RSS section with slots for up to 9 RSS feeds. The icon in the upper left corner toggles between on and off line. Icons on the far right bring up the RSS page if you elected to cache it in the configuration utility.
- Digital clocks which toggle with a expanded time zone listing.
- Launch section with 2 pages of 10 slots each which can be minimized.
- Agenda section with the ability to scroll appointments and tasks forward or backward by a day and then reset to current date. The calendar defaults to 6 entries and tasks to 5. These can be increased by minimizing the other section.
- Shortcuts to the built in PIM applications (calendar and task icons) or a third party PIM. Hint - Placing the shortcut for contacts first in the launch section gives you all all 3 PIM functions lined up in a column.
The icons on the upper left are for weather, RSS, time zones, and refresh respectively while the icons on the upper right maximize the launch, appointment, and task sections.

I've included instructions to set up the skin in an attached zip file. I've also included screen shots of the configuration utility settings. I hope this makes it easier to set things up :)

Included in the update are:
-fixed a bad bug in the refresh button that was causing an annoying dialog box to pop up when the clock and rss buttons were tapped and the machine was not connected to the internet.
-tapping the current weather icon on the main screen now brings up the current weather details. Tapping anywhere there returns to the main screen.
-moon information is now obtained by tapping the sunrise/set icons.
-code cleaned up a bit.

Whats new:
-added a calendar section with two scrolling calendars. Chosing the date will update the agenda and task section to that date.
-time section now has two pages of digital clocks which are toggled by clicking anywhere on that page.
-launch section now is minimized by the launch icon on the upper right of the screen. Launch section expanded to include two pages of 11 slots each.
-tweaked some of the icons a bit to improve appearance.
-some bug fixes to the plugin page (T+ v0.12 only) which should make the plug ins show properly if other sections are minimized.
-various other changes that I don't remember now :D

I'm still working on this skin and have some improvements that are almost ready - I've added filters for personal/busness and holidays/birthdays to the agenda and task sections. Is anyone actually using this skin? I see downloads but no posts. Either it's working perfectly or no one is really using it :D
Anyway, if there is interest I will try to continue on the PDACorps site but I'd like to know first if anyone is interested.

ya1950, I hope someone does. We still need some kind of support for this FANTASTIC program! Even if the author has left the scene, it's functioning so well on it's own. The only thing it lacks is a better configuration interface. But we learn so much in this formum. I really hate to see it go. I don't post much, but I stop by here daily to see if new posts are there.
I use your skin but mostly for learning. I'm TRYING to write my own for VGA res. I'm not making great progress but it's getting there. Let us know what you decide.
