Here is an updated and expanded version of the Dash skin.
Features:
Six pages:
1. Main - Current weather (click on icon for detailed view), sunrise/sunset times toggle with moon phases and times, system information (click on battery and meters to bring up power and memory applications), 2 launch pages with 11 slots per page.
2. Weather. Click on city name to toggle cities. Click on icons to bring up weather details.
3. RSS. Click heading to move forward a page. Click item to bring up details. Icons on far right bring up page in browser (if they have been cached in the configuration utility). Icon in upper left corner toggles online/offline.
4. Calendars. Month headings toggles forward/backward. Date resets agenda or tasks to that date.
5. Time. Two pages of 5 clocks each which toggle by clicking anywhere on the page.
6. Control panel. Three pages of shortcuts which toggle by clicking the page heading.
Agenda/Tasks - Sections can be minimized or expanded to allow for more information on the screen. Icons on left bring up the agenda/task applications on the PPC. Clicking the heading of the agenda or task section toggles between 3 filters set for each section in the configuration utility.
Instructions for setting up the skin are in a separate zip file. Please read the instructions and follow them carefully. The skin won't work correctly without them.

Control Panel: The original idea came from a discussion at Brighthand. Richard L. Owens created the DLL and many of the shortcuts. I've sightly modified Richard's DLL and added a number of additional shortcuts that I find useful on my machine (IPAQ 2100).
