I'm new to this forum and also a newbie to todayplus, but I like it very much! I downloaded and installed HammerSkit V.1.05.4 QVGA English on my ipaq h2215, but always have problems in weather & radar:
When I try to update the weather on the main page or weather page, a popup window shows up like this:

and after about 1 minutes, an error message page appears:

When I tapped Details:

And I find there's no green Radar Icon on my weather page. I really don't know how to fix it, because yesterday the weather update is working(Radar never worked), but today I find I can't even update the weather.

Ok, let's get to the business. We will try to get them work for you. Can you just to remove the shortcut in apps-7 first, then do the normal weather updating. I would like to see you can update the weather first. Becuase, right now I don't see any weather information from your screenshot, that means something is preventing you get weather information from internet.
Also, can you also check the Buffer folder to see you have City1.txt?

I just removed Radar.exe from apps-7, but still have nothing updated, when I tap update on the weather page, the button "Update" becomes "Updating.." for about 10 seconds and then turned back, this time there's no error messages.
There's nothing in the Buffer folder.

If you don't get anything updated, in other words, nothing in your buffer folder, then you have to check your internet connection. Also, do a soft reset and re-sync again to see you will get your internet work. If you have a Wi-Fi, you can give a try too.

Does your Internet Explorer work on your device ?? I usually can check my internet connection by pulling up a web site with PIE, then I know it is working !! :D
Of course you still must lay out some City´s in the Config. If the synchronization was then successful, the radarbutton gets visible.
I restarted my computer and now I can update the weather. And I put radar.exe back to apps-7, but after update radar, what I can see is like this :

How to receive the correct image of the city? By the way, really appreciate you guys help!

Do you have any url that point to your home town city or other city you would like to have radar image? The defaullt radar.txt just an example, you need to create your own radar.txt.
Don't worry. If you can let us know the url and we can help you to create one. The best way to look for one is from your local tv station or you can go to weather.com or accuweather.com

Maybe I can help you with this one.. All you need to do is to go to Weather.com, and find the radar and satellite images that you want.. Then "right click" on the image and choose "properties"... Copy the url address from the box, and paste it into youe radar.txt, replacing the default ones you downloaded.. Thats it !!
Just make sure that there are no additional spaces at the end of each line of text, and then save... Run in TP again, and you should have your new images...
