I've already checked the option "refresh when sync", and I can manually update all my stock charts (4 total) by clicking the Update button. However, I notice that it won't automatically update the charts when I just do a activesync.
Is there anything I've missed?

Everything seems to be o.k.,
the automatic internet-update after ActiveSync is only working, if there
is anything to synchronize (a task or agenda-entry or a file). If there
is nothing to synchronize it doesn't work automatically. So you have
to hit the refresh-button then. I also wondered, why it sometimes did
and somtimes did no automatic-update, until uk_skinner pointed me
to that.

Edit: And of course the stocks only will update, if you have done the
shortcut for the Radar.exe (sorry, that does only work, if you hit the
button !!!)

Does it mean the stock charts update is triggered only when there is something to sync? And there is no option that I can set to control how often it updates? (as oppose to the RSS update time).
What if I shorten one of my RSS's update time, is it do the trick? Are they related in any ways?

No, sorry I replied too fast, the stocks-update only work with the radar.exe
and that one won't start automatically after sync (don't know, if there is
a solution for that maybe in the notification-queue or something like that)
But else you have to hit the refresh-button, to start the exe.

broesel was right. Your stock chart updated was done through radar.exe. It is possible to add radar.exe to be tiggered after sync through notification-queue. However, again, you need have something to be synced. You can go to your IE and just set up a moble favorite that is to be synced everytime when you put tour device in cradle. In this way, you can trigger a downloading each time. Or if you use AventGo, it also will work.
Would you tell me in details how to put that in the notification queue so that it will run during every activesync?
