Logika Complete skin v0.9.7

I've updated my Logika Complete skin to be compatible with TodayPlus versions 0.9.5 and 0.9.7.  Many of the graphics in this skin are modified from MikeB314's Logika PocketBlinds (http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=5&SkinID=77) theme.  I modified one of LightMan's analog clocks to better match this skin.  There's a new Tasks and Countdown pages in the Agenda section.  The button to the left of the QuickLaunch icons switches between agenda, tasks, and countdown.  The POOM reset button is now located on the Calendars page.  All other functions remain the same as in the previous version:

- Weather for 3 cities
- 9 RSS pages, including TodayPlus News & Stocks
- Analog and regular Timezones
- Launch pages for apps and games
- 2 QuickLaunch pages
- Large digital Clock with analog battery meter and local time
- Agenda, Tasks, and Countdown displays

*Edit: this version is no longer available.  Please download my latest version of Logika Complete skin. :)

This looks like a great skin.  I have a question for you though.  When I download it, I put the skin file in the skin folder, right?  And the config file in the TP folder, right?  And what about all the bmp files?  Where do they need to be located?

Thanks!

When you extract the files from the ZIP file they will be in various folders.  The following lines in the skin file define the locations for images:
options,weathericondir,Weather Icons\Weather.com,bmp
options,imagedir,Images\Logika Complete-3D

Therefore, when you have extracted the files, on your PC you will find folders:

TodayPlus\Weather.com  - move images to the Weather Icons\Weather.com folder on your PPC (create one, if necessary)
TodayPlus\Logika Complete-3D  - move images to the Images\Logika Complete-3D folder on your PPC (create one, if necessary)

All should then work.

Thanks for the tips.  I was thinking along the right direction.  However, I guess what has been confusing to me is that when I download and open with winzip the folders do not appear, it is just a list of all bmp's and the .txt files.  So how would I know what bmp's go into which folder if I had to go ahead and create it?

Thanks.

If you look to the right hand side in the Winzip window you will see the folder names listed.  If you unzip it to your disk, make sure you have the "Use folder names" option checked.

Well, I have gotten it all to work!  It looks great with two exceptions, one is the color of my text is black rather than white like shown here and the other is my text (in the agenda section) is pushed all together to the left and looks like it may be in a different language.  Any help out there?

Here is an image of what I mean.

And do the folders in the launcher section mean they are missing the correct target since I have not touched that yet?

Thanks for the help.

Install the version 0.9.7 this will enable the POOM (agenda) this should fix it.

The text color is the one from your PPC theme (.tsk), not from TodayPlus skin.

I made sure that I have the 0.9.7 version and loaded that and I still have the problem with the text being pushed together to the left.  When it first initializes it shows the date right but after a few seconds it all slides to the left and ends up looking like the previous screen shot.  Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

Uninstall, make sure the /program Files/TodayPlus is completly deleted-

Download the new package 0.9.8, which comes with this skin and 2 others. Just modify the config.txt to point to this skin (which is located in the /Skins folder) and give it a try

I rewrote the POOM formats and command names in my config.txt file so if you use srs's default config file, make sure you add the last portion of my config file to his.

It is best to make a new folder in the TodayPlus directory called "Config files" in which you can have a seperate folder for each different skin's config file.  That way, when you want to change skins, just copy over the current config file in the TP directory with the one that works with the skin you want to use:

Hello there :P
First, I want to say that you did a nice job making this skin, it's absolutely great!!!
But, I've one question about the agenda function.
Is it possible to switch that part off?
I hope you'll  understand my question, and maybe you can give me some help what to change in the skin.

EDIT: What is also a great solution instead of removing the agenda part: isn't it possible to display the agenda (like it is in the standard version) but than look 2 days ahead instead of everlasting (in my case, 30 November!!!)

EDIT2!!!: Never mind, I just found out the calendar skin and that's all I need.

Groetjes (in Dutch  )
