ScrollBarSkin for TP 0.11.0

Only one month to go for TP Version 11, but I decided to publish my ScrollBarSkin now in an English version.

I originally designed this skin, because I had other today plug-ins running in parallel and taking space on the today screen. Sometimes a scrollbar would appear and hide parts of TP, like buttons. Therefore I designed the skin to only use spae that would not be hidden by a scrollbar.

In its current version the skin uses
- weather and sunrise/sunset for multiple cities
- systeminfo
- owner info
- launcher

The skin is designed to take as little space as possible. So apart from the systeminfo only one of the other options is available at the same time. The tabs are copied from Lightmans Full Attraction Skin.

In order to have the correct sunrise/sunset data for more than one city, you will have to add keys and longitude/latitude directly into the registry e.g. with PHM regedit. You need a new string value in H_C_U\Software\SRSSoft\TodayPlus\coords\
Name: 2 (3 etc. if you need more cities)
Value: 45.248,7.602 (example)
At the moment it is not possible to enter this data with the config.exe. Below I provide a screenshot of how it looks like.

The launcher displays the first nine shortcuts of the first to groups defined in the config.exe.

To use the skin,
- copy sbs11c.txt under skins
- place the directory ScrollBarSkin under images,
- place the directory snaggle3d under Weather Icons
