Basic Config setup!!

Config setup. I think that skinners should keep a standard filter setup for the config file as well as basic shortcuts. What seems to happen is that if you have two or more favorite skins they become useless unless you remove the the filters and change them. Same goes for basic shortcuts for example. System: Hammerskin uses apps-6 in a particular order. All the skins should use the same apps-6 in that order. Is that too much to ask?
