cannt sync rss in Chinese

I could sync weather forecast, but RSS Chinese ULR doesn't work. Any solution can solve it?

1)  Did you try different skins?
2)  Have you ever be able to sync other rss before?
3)  Can you post the link here?

1. yes, I try different skin to sync, but RSS fail
2. I saw Taiwan web, metion Today Plus cann't sync Chinese rss
3. I use 『Hammerskin1.04a』 Skin

and there are two issues I met,
1. Can not update correctly when updating RSS.
   I download it by manual
2. no line break when showing Chinese words after put them in buffer folder.

I did not see anything either.  The rss files were downloaded but the contents were truncated.  I notice there was "encoding="UTF-8" in the script.  Maybe that  was where TP has probelm with this particular kind of RSS feed.  If that is the case, I am afraid that there was no solution since srs is no longer support TP.
However, do you have any other RSS link successful be displayed in TP?  If you do, check the script to see what difference can you see.
