2nd Shortcut in 6 group - battery pop up

Hi there,
I have a problem with accessing power management by taping on battery.
I tried to edit battery.lnk (with ctlpnl cplmain.cpl,3? bla bla bla). I tried all possible numbers (from 0 to 30). But I didn't found power management screen.
Can anybody help me?

What device you are using?
In iPAQ, PowerExe in /Windows is the one.

I'm using HP 2210.
In my Windows dir it's called Powerg.exe
