And here is the file.  Since I am no good at graphics, all the graphics are from others already on this site - thank you all!  I should also mention that I did try to add 2 or 3 more comments throughout the code as I learned more about this.  I hope this helps those trying to figure this out.  And when I did start to understand my way around this just a little, I did some code cleanup work also in various parts...

Well, despite the whole TP situation, and since I've regained some free time, I've decided to post a screenshot of skin I was working on (named it HandyPlus) and trying to update it to v0.11 (still work in progress)

I like the "old" look and I needed to have 4 things on screen at all times (weather, quicklaunch with tabs, agenda + tasks and system info), while allowing enough space for 2 other today plugins (gprs mon and inbox).

The biggest difference is the new system info area, with some new icons and a really compact look.

If TP regains it's activity (i.e. srs says something) I might finish it and release it, we'll see

It is the standard LordTwisted, Blazingwolf, RBG08, Arbitrajeu, Broessel version with a few changes.

Hmmm what is the standard version you talking about? I havent seen one.

We'll see about all this ... I'm confident that srs is mature enough to be able to overcome this situation, by taking in the positive criticism and ignoring the purely destructive comments.

I just wish he said something, either good or bad, whatever ... just something.
