This a Hammerskin1.04a modified by KaRen.  Please see the screenshot here.

With the help from Babel Fish, here are the points I think are improtant.  If I do miss anything, please jump-in to add or correct them.

1)  The new buttons are optimized for the WBA Attraction Skin by Lightman.

2) Download the buttons via the link above, unzip them and put them in Hammerskin and Hammerskin1 image folders.

3) KaRen also included one modified skin text.  Here is the English version.  If I miss anything, please let me know.

4) Neon button was removed from the main page.  The position of buttons are slight difference from original 1.04a.

Here are the steps you need to take if you wish to use KaRen's buttons in your current Hammerskin.

1)  Of course, download and put the new buttons into the image folders.

2) Open your Hammerskin text file in Notepad.

3) Find the codes near the bottom of skin, under region 1

  "defregion,1,210,0,29,267,1"  and add this code right below it.

  "if,region,2,0"
4)  Not vary far down, find these 3 codes:
