What Should I do about it?

Although you can not see the animation, but it just likes the one you see on the forum.  It is animated.  Any idea what should I do?

The exe can display animated gif, but so far I have to hardcode the position and size.

Edit:  ZapMe1, is the background of mascot white?  Can you make it transparency?

Yes, the Mascot Background is white..  It will take some work, but I should be able to put him on a transparent background !!
I'm stuck out of town on business for one more day, and will be home Friday night...  I will work on him then !!!!
