SPGM-Vid Upgrade v1.0.7a to v1.0.8

Special Note: The getID3() Library has been updated, also the Modules that are not required by SPGM-Vid have been removed. Please delete everything in your "getid3" folder prior to updating. (If you are hosting on a Windows based web server and you are using the "helperapps", DO NOT delete them.)

SPGM-Vid Upgrade v1.0.8 to v1.0.9

Note: This is an interim release to support SPGM v1.4.5.  A future release of SPGM-Vid will support the new features included with SPGM v1.4.5.
