Love the look you're coming up with.  I probably prefer the middle one of the three.  How about orange for the +?

changed to orange and muted dark blue, added "today plus" titling...

I don't have my original illustrator files on me, so I can clean this one up tonight and post more ideas.

QuoteMaybe someone conversant in Deutsch can track down a logo if it has one?
I am German. But I was not able to find a logo without buying this software. (btw. it has maybe 20 % of TodayPlus' functionality and costs 11 Euro)

I just can't stop it. Here are a few mor ideas.

snaggle,

I really like the blue and orange icon.  I made a small, quick tweak to offer a suggestion.  Lining up the d in today and the p in plus helps the readability of the icon.  The colors still need to be adjusted.

My 2 cents,

I find that one icon that represent today plus is a suiço penknife, given the enormous utilities that if have with this program.

some more ideas.  I am toying with the image of a wrench to illustrate the versatility of the program.

ah, very nice work everybody :)

if somebody also wants to make a 32x32 & 16x16 icon also, I can include that as the icon for TodayPlus.

My personal preference is actually have capital 'T' and 'P', as I'm not too big a fan of the '+'

this last set looks very nice, snaggle.  The only thing I would change is capitalize the 't' and the 'p', and I think it will be perfect.

I can make the "t" capitalized, it might alter the image a little.  I had wanted to keep the wrench image.  Perhaps I can just lop off the top part of the "t" to make a "T"

I can capitalize the "p" easily and provide 32x32 and 16x16 icons of the "T+/wrench image" tonight.  I forget, do they have to be 8 or 16 bit bitmaps?  What is the Pocket PC OS standard?

Maybe these could help.

rework based on srs's comments...

I like the blue/orange logo.  But I think a real T vs a + would look even better (The plus is already there in name, no need to be redundant with the symbol).

Yeah, I see what you mean.  The graphic is actually more of a banner.  As far as the logo part, I would drop the text altogether.
