tried to look in the program files/todayplus but nothing.
ive only found the confi.txt
one more thing - how can i enlarge the fonts? it is so small.
another thing - i saw in the screen shot a sort of a pretty file launcher,
does anyone know what it is, and where can i get it?

If its not in Program Files\TodayPlus then most probably you have an older version installed. Config.exe was introduced with v.11.0

You have to edit the skin file for that purpose. Or look for some alternate skin in skins section which suits you better.

Tabbed launcher is part of the TodayPlus default slider skin. And again many variations of launcher design are available with different skin. Look in the skins section.
