Title: World Time refresh rate?
Post by: xtac on December 31, 2003, 02:14:33 PM
I power on the deveice from standby mode, the time is always 1 hour not accurate assuming lets say, now its 8.00am, i put it to standby. I power my device on after standby 1 hour later which is 9.00am, my world time clock still shows it as the time i powered it off which is 8.00am. Only after 1 minute or more, then it refreshes to the later time which is 9.00am.

Any ideas where in the skin do i set the world time refresh rate? Or its not possible to do so?

Using slider skin, .11 version

Check to make sure that the settings for you PPC are correct. Sounds like it was set up with the wrong settings. To change them go to start/settings/clock. This should help if not we will try somrthing else.

Oh no you are mistaken i meant the world time on the Today Plus not on the WM2003 itself. The 5 clocks displaying the world time on my today screen refreshes real slow. Wanna make it refresh faster everytime i power on my device from standby

Ok I see what you mean now. To change the refresh rate of the clocks you need to change this line:

region,10,0,60

The 60 is the refresh time in seconds. Change this to what you want(lower is faster of course:lol: ) and it will refresh faster. Hope this helps.
