I see TP vsn 0.11 now requires .Net Framework to be installed on the PPC. Why has this been done? I guess there are some great benefits to using .Net Fwk but I'm yet to install it onto my PPC running 2002.
The download file appears to be 14Mb. Can someone give me some simple instructions as to how to get it onto my PPC.
I imagine .Net Framework cannot be installed on a CF card? How much space does it take on the PPC as I'm nearing my space limits.
Thanks for any assistance.
v 0.11.0 now uses a config.exe instead of te old config.txt file. This exe runs on the .Net framework.
The install is quite big because it has the install of all PPC processors.

Eitel, Thanks for such a prompt reply.
srs also states to install the .Net Framework but his link actually goes to .Net Compact Framework. I imagine the 'compact' Fwk is all we need to download?
and if you don't want to use the config app, you can always just manually edit the registry. that way no need to install the .net framework.

srs,
Thanks for the extra info but as I haven't ever played around with the registry, I imagine I'm better off keeping away from it!!
Can you point me to any helpful hints on using TP without .Net Fwk or do you need to really understand your PPC and playing around with the registry?
Thanks for any further help and congrats on such an excellent tool. I only wish I could get it to work behind my work's firewall.
The .net framework really doesn't take up all that much room. I think it turns out to be about 2 or 3 MB. I think for you since you don't like the idea of messing around in the registry you should install the framework. It will be much simpler for you. The only other way around this is for you to get an older version of the TodayPlus. The big downside of this is that you lose out on some nice features in the newer versions. Hope this helps.

Blazingwolf,
Thanks for the comments - I tend to agree with you and will install .Net Fwk if it's only 2 - 3 Mb for the PPC.
