Title: how come I can't change my weather Icon?

I downloaded some weather icons but when I install it I still have the standard icon from weather.com?

did you change the line in your skin file that looks like:

how do I do that? is it in the config file?

There should be a file in the Skins sub-directory that has the name of your skin.  As an example, the default file that caome with TodayPlus is called slider.txt and it is in the Skin sub-directory.  You need to change the line in that file as MadTxn suggests.
