I started to have a problem refreshing today, I have tried different skins and the problem remains. When I do a refresh the buffer doesn't clear, and the first weather icon is the only one that dims. Any ideas to what can cause this? And if there is a fix.

Are you sure this is a problem with refresh and not just the hard coding of the temp. and other colors which you were attempting recently AFAIK?
You were a hundred % correct, the color change worked, but I can't figure out why it would do this to the syncing.
