under the option Select Skin (DLL) click the down arrow. cannot display and Select slider.txt .

First things first!
1. If you are running 2002 you must install Microsoft net Framework.

2. You must also make sure the Base Path is set to TodayPlus

3. And make sure the skin file is in the TodayPlus directory and in the Skins folder.

4. Make sure that the check mark is in the TodayPlus box in Start----->Settings---->Today----->Items.

Please check all above items and let us know if it is working.
