i d/l the program try to set it up but i cant see the slider text file in the option window so thus i have no skin any advise??

Open the configure file --> Base Path --> Select the skin folder (default is /Program Files/TodayPlus/Skin. Then "quit" (make sure is quit, not minimize) and reopen the configure file. You should see the slider file.

Where did you put your TodayPlus folder? Is it in the default folder, /Program Files/TodayPlus/?

heh i did a soft reset and it wrked alltho i dont see my weather any tips?/

Good, you got the first step.
As for weather:

1) Did you go to configure file to set up your city?

2) Did you refresh the weather?

3) Check your buffer folder and to see you got city1.txt. If not, then you need to set the city and get online, then refresh.
