I know that this is Not TP related, but I am getting desperate to find an answer.. I'm hope someone here can help me !!
Can anyone tell me what has happened here ???
I had (3) mail accts set up and working fine on my e740.. One Hotmail, and two WOW mail accts.. All have worked fine everyday... until...
A few days ago, my SD card went bad.. I replaced it, and reloaded it.. Works fine now !! This should have nothing to do with my mail.. but
When I checked my mail this morning, my inbox had about 10-12 account folders !!
My original (3) accts, were doubled or trippled, and about (7) were this "IPM.Root" !!! (see screenshot)
Does anyone know why, or how I would get rid of all of these extra accts ??
I posted this over at BH, and got no replies !! :(
I've tried everything I know to clear this up... Deleted all mail services, edited the registry....
Any HELP... Please !!!
I had the same problem after a Hardreset. After the database "pmailFolders" was emptied with SK Tools everything was against normal.
Database Folders .. Aaaaah, I haven't looked there !!
Thanks for the tip Wichtel !!
Wichtel,
I downloaded SK Remover, but I can't get it to do anything !! Looks like it wants a registration code...
Is this what you used ??
Nevermind... I have PHM Tools, and there is a Database editor (Dangerous)... I was able to empty the mail folders, and delete the ones I didn't need !!
It worked like a charm !!! :approve:
And.... After reinstalling my mail accounts, it now checks and downloads my mail "Faster Then Ever" :!:
Thanks again for the tip Wichtel !!
No Problem 8)
With SK tools it would have sufficed to empty the database, not to delete. The successor of Remover is Sk tools. However, this should work without active code during the Trial. Link (http://www.s-k-tools.com/)
