I'm going slowly mad....
I have a Dell X50v wit the Windows Mobile 2003 SE.
I find this great skin and I fall in love with it... But... I can't configure it in VGA mode, only in QVGA mode.
As you can se in the Screen 1 I have the skin configure en QVGA mode as the screen 2 Config screen says (Version 1.04 Spanish translation)
If i try to put the 1.06.6 QVGA version as you see in the screen 3.... the result is the screen 4 (nothing) running the exe file alone the result is the screen 5
I put in the TodayPlus Directory the modified dll and exe for vga mode and in the config screen I choose the 1.05.6 VGA skin...
The result? The Screen7 nothing again, and standalone the screen 8 (white again...)
Finally if I try to use the real VGA mode (screen 9) and I change to real VGA with te SE_VGA (Screen 10) the results Screen 11 and 12 are the same....
The Screen 13 is the X50v in Real VGA running the exe and dll for QVGA with the QVGA skin...
What I'm doing wrong?
There is any problem with the last version with my Spanish OS?
Can anybody help me to put this great skin in my PPC?

Looks like you did select the the skin for real VGA. :think:
Can you try:
Under real VGA mode, go to TP configure, confirm the basepath pointed to Hammerskin VGA and skin is "real VGA" skin?

Don't give-up. I tested this one before and it worked. Wichtel will help you once he gets on-line.
What happened if you chose "VGA skin"? Did you also see "quater" of skin? It looks odd to me, because the VGA icon is 4X bigger than the QVGA ones. I would expect they should show the right size.
One more suggestion is to download the whole package again.

If I put a VGA Skin with the modified exe and dll I don´t see nothing :(. No difference betewn real VGA or VGA . I see the "quoter" if i choose the QVGA skin in the real VGA mode . (screen 13)

Where did you put your QVGA and VGA package? Are they in main, or storage card?

I put the cab in the SD card, but the install is automatically at "program files" at the Device (main)

Ok, the TodayPlus.dll and TodayPlus.exe better to be in the main memory.
Given the size of the package, we always put the skin in the storage card. Depends on the speed of your device and the card, the skin might not be loaded right after the softreset or wake-up . I am not sure this is your case. If you don't see todayplus loaded, can you try go to the today plug-in selection (your screenshot 6) then just tap ok?

I try to do it, soft-reset, tap, un-tap.... nothing. If I launch the TP.exe alone then.. white screen, no more.. :(

Your device is Spainish OS, right? The var51 maight caused the problem.

The capture was from a version 1.4 of the QVGA skin.. I'll investigated wath code change to fix the var51 problem in the VGA version, I'll put the package if I find :D
