Title: Hammerskin Grayme
Post by: grayme on December 13, 2005, 04:42:39 PM
I've finally got to the stage that I can give something back to this forum!

I've spent quite a while over the last few weeks tweaking Wichtel and UK_skinner's fantastic Hammerskin to add a little bit more.

A summary of some of the amendments:
Changed the zodiac signs for those by Ripper (thanks Timmy! :))
Moved the updated time to where the time used to be (I use icbar so didn't need time twice).
Moved the battery / memory status to under the date and added my SD card.
Moved the backlight control to the right of the battery status (and made it smaller)
Added the sunrise and sunset underneath the battery status
Added an icon for tonight's weather and the information for the day after tomorrow.
Removed the 'Agenda' title.
The icons are Sigglox's Blue Matrix (http://forums.jhollin1138.com/viewtopic.php?t=1761&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=deviant&start=20), I have not put them in this package.

The Deviant weather icons can be downloaded here (http://todayplus.jhollin1138.com/files/wichtel/QVGA/Deviant_QVGA.zip).

Thankyou to all of you that have helped me with all my questions and those that have made what I have just tweaked!

Hello Grayme,

Did I (and other members) say too much when we said: "TodayPlus is the best program at this moment"???

Besides: you learned fast, as I can see!

Timmy, I really cannot believe that it has been allowed to drift like a ghost ship on the seas by its author! :(

I wouldn't say I'm fast, I've been tweaking TP for over a year now (I used to play around with rbg's OSX skin). ;)

I've made a decision today, I am going to sell my h3970 (which I inherited from my wife as she never used it and my h3950's sound had broken) and get a hx4700.

Now, do I trust the nice sounding Chinamen on eBay that insist on payment by Western Union but are selling them very cheaply?
