Hi

This is a great piece of software

Is there instructions for us non-programers to change and add skins created by others. I am not sure what shoul dbe changed. Don't want to screw things up :?:

Sorry, there really aren't "instructions" yet.  The best we have is a "skin reference" file.  See this thread (http://dark-mojo.com/TodayPlus/viewtopic.php?t=3).

To change the weather to your city use explorer to get to the Todayplus folder. Then open the config.txt file. You will see a line like this:city,1,60,22485,Home,f Change the zip code to yours. You might have to get the weather.com code for this to work for your city. To do this go to weather.com and type in your city name to get the weather. In the address line of your browser you should see a code similar to USAK0072. Place your code into the spot where the zip code is. This should be your weather.

To change to another skin look for a line like this:skin,Skins\slider.txt. Change slider.txt to the name of the skin you want to use. Then refresh the today screen. You should see the new skin. Make sure you copy the skin file into the Skins folder first of course :lol: .

I love Todayplus. I just have 1 little problem. I live in Canberra Australia and would like access to Canberra weather.

The code to Canberra in weather.com is ASXX0023. When I enter this the weather doesn't change even though I am connected to the net.

Ant ideas on what the problem is and how I can get around it?

Using explorer go to the TodayPlus folder and find the buffer folder. Delete the contents of this folder and refresh. It should work after that.

Now with the city times were are the referenced. I would like to change the city times to others how would I do this thx?

I live in Malmö Sweden, is it possible to adjust the setting to show the weather here ? If so, what do i do ?

BTW, it may not be the right place to place thos Q, but anyway;

If i choose to show th eordinary today screen, i get an scrool bar at the right side. But the icon weather is 99 %v covered by the scroll bar making it almost impossible to tap the icon, can i do anything about that ?
