Title: Calendar: different color for the actual day?
Post by: CoolWolf on October 31, 2003, 05:51:36 PM
Happy Halloween to all of you!
I am using TodayPlus 0.9.7 and I am looking for a way to highlight the actual day in the calendar view (not only making it bold) with a different color than the rest of the days.

I am either blind or dumb - or maybe both, but I don't find that snippet in config.txt/slider.txt where the actual day is set to bold.

Your help is highly appreciated.
Thanks and spooky greetings from Mainz, Germany!

CoolWolf,

I don't think you are blind or dumb - I believe the emboldening of today's date is built into TodayPlus, not skinned.

Perhaps this would be something for the Feture Requests forum?

arbitrajeu,
thx! Now I am feeling much better knowing that I am not (that) blind and not (that) dumb :)
I think I will give it a try and post this in the "feature requests" section of this forum (when I am back from my vacation).

Have a great weekend!

I believe that  this post (http://www.dark-mojo.com/TodayPlus/viewtopic.php?t=140) might help you. Now, it might not be exactly what you want to do but if you watch the animated gif near the bottom of this thread it shows some days highlighted in different colors. It might give you and idea on how to do it.

I believe this: http://www.dark-mojo.com/TodayPlus/viewtopic.php?t=283 is what you want.

I will implement this functionality in the next couple of versions

Hi guys,
thanks for having a look at this! Would be cool if this would make it into a future version.

BTW:
I was looking for a lazy weekend and now srs released version 0.9.8 ... darned, I HAVE to install it now ... bye, bye, lazy weekend ...  :D
