I notice major lagging on my PPC during boot up and when navigating between application is this common?

which ever the newest one is. 1.0 or is it .10 not sure but I k now it's not I alsodownload a few skins and have wisbar advance installed and running.

0.10 is not the best version yet (my opinion)
Maybe you can try version 0.9.8.
When I installed 0.10, I did not notice major lagging :?
