You need to look at the "RSS Command" section of the "Skin Reference" file found on this thread (http://dark-mojo.com/TodayPlus/viewtopic.php?t=3). The basic format in your config file is as follows:
rss,<id>,<refresh interval>,<web address>,<name>,<pages>
FYI. There is currently a bug with the links to the HTML pages in the RSS feed when used with TodayPlus so you will only be able to read the description (you will get a "Document not found" web page from Yahoo when you try to access the link).
The good news is that srs is aware of the problem and I believe he will have it fixed in the next version.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that this is only a problem with the YAHOO rss feeds.
