Title: Installation Disaster

I have worked on this for some time and just can not get it to run correctly.  Here is my link.

For some reason I get the feeling I have mismatched versions of spgm, php, spgm-vid, or the helper files.  I have been over the installation instructions several times and all seems correct.  There are no movies in the samples folder just the quicktime video demo.

Any suggestions?
