Are you getting weather updates correctly? One possible reason can be that weather update files don't have this information and hence its not displayed. Try flushing your buffer once. Just a try.

I'm a bit confused. On Sat 20th, Joelw135 told you that you needed to have the line

load,city,%var0%

before any updatetime line

You replied saying that yes, you had that in your skin -- but in the skin file that you posted, the line was written

load,city,1

That line worked for versions earlier than v11, but for v11, maybe you should try what joelw135 suggested: change the 1 to %var0%

If you've already tried - apologies...
