Task sorting question

I set my tasks to sort by subject, trying to fake a PI priority sort.  (in PI, you can have "A1 - Zx" for priorities, and it prepends to the subject)  However, it sorts them in descending order (Z-A).  Is there a way to change that?  Thanks.

Version 0.11.0 allows specifying the sort order for tasks in the task filters.  Using the config editor, you can sort by Priority, Subject, Start Date and Due Date.  Looks like the sort by Subject would work for what you are trying to do.

Right.  What I'm saying is that when I specify the "subject" as the sort order, it sorts from Z-A.  I want to sort from A-Z.  Thanks for the reply tho. ;)

Oh, OK, so what you are looking for is a Sort ORDER (ascending/descending) setting for Sort By.  I am not sure if this is available, but if not, then this would be a good feature request.

OK.  So I made a boo boo.  The tasks do sort in the proper order.  My problem was that for some reason, my default filter doesn't work on the initial draw of the screen.  I'll have to look into that...  But there *is* still a problem.  Take a look at the screenshot below...

Notice that the first line of the POOM section is for Today, December 23.  Notice also that the last line is also for Today, December 23.  Yes, the tasks are sorted by subject, but the ideal function would be to have them sorted by date, then by subject.  Right now, if you sort by subject, it ignores the date, and if you sort by due date, it sorts in reverse alpha order.  Whew.  I think that's it.

And I didn't get how to change sorting from descending to ascending ?
