grey rectangles on owner info and news

Hey guys,

Just downloaded and am playing around with todayplus over the past couple of days.  The information in the forums are VERY helpful.

Here's one question that I have.  Everytime I turn onmy Axim, I get these two rectangle areas - one on top of my personal information and another on top of my news feeds.  Both are only half a rectangle on the entire section.

But, as soon as I click the double arrow for my options, and I remove the news, and then re-add it, the greyed out area is gone.

I wish I had a screenshot to show you guys...

Any ideas on why it is doing this?

FREAKIN cool!  Man, I'm at an all time HIGH in learning from you guys...

With that said, and using that program, here is what I get:


Any idea on what causes this???
