Skin Problem

I installed todayplus for a few times, only sometimes work, what i meant is when i go into the config.exe and choose select skin(dll), nothing is there, but when i checked the skin directory inside the ppc, slide.txt is there, i'm wondering why and please help help help

Check if you have set up the basepath in the config.exe correctly.
This is the most behaviour for skins doesn't show.

set basepath to todayplus and terminate all task, rerun config.exe
