What is the correct order for shortcuts group 6?

I have an AxiX30H and trying to get the correct order of shortcuts for group 6.  Here is how mine is set up:

Battery
memory
memory card
reset
battery
clock
backlight

When I go to the system status screen and pres the change theme button, nothing happens.

Also, I only have a sd card, but a cf card icon is also displayed.  How can I make this disappear?

Instructions for the Shortcuts with Apps 6

For the Theme Change looks like you haven't the correct Hammerskin1 Folder on your PPC. The different between Hammerskin and Hammerskin1 is: in Hammerskin1 we have blue Regionbuttons, nothing else

For the CF Card: comment out or delete the following part in the Skin:
