Axim X5 users

Since the install of TP I have been having an annoying thins occuring.  For no apparent reason the back up battery will claim to be drained.  I know that it is reporting incorretly as I will replace it will report full then next time i turn on empty and give warning then next time fine.  Anyone else with this problem?

This is a common problem with Axim X5's.  I do not think it is related to installing TP.  Sometimes a soft or hard reset fixes the problem.  The newest ROM version (A05 I think) was suppose to fix this problem, but I still have it occur randomly every once in a while.
