Automatic Radar Update?

Has anyone determined a way to have tp using hammerskin to update radar images when it updates rss and weather information.  I have placed the radar.exe in shortcut 7 and when I press the update area on the main
page it updates properly. I am wondering if there is a way to have it search an up date like rss (every 60 min) etc when connected to the internet. ie through activesync or directly?
