Wrong citycode in uk_skinner's script

Hello all,

I don't know if anybody experiences that, but I get a message "Wrong Citycode" all the time when I try to look-up weather for any city outside USA. When the city is in the USA - no problem. Just for you information - I tried it within USA, but also from France location, with the same result. Although all my system settings are for the USA.

I even tried the original uk_skinner's example link from http://forums.jhollin1138.com/index.php?topic=1786.0: http://72.9.224.178/~tpfansc/rss/weather.php?Citycode=GMXX0039&SFDay=1&Language=GM

And it shows me the message: "Wrong Citycode"! 

Any ideas, guys?
