Refresh Weather

Inorder to get the next days weather, do I have to delete everything in the buffer each day? Or is there something I have to change in activesync to update the weather.  If I hit the refresh button durying Activsync it does nothing.  If I load W--Fi I am able to update but I must delete buffer.  Is there an easier way?

P.S. I am connected to the internet all the time and can surf the internet on pocket IE on my Axim X3i.
