Automatic Update of POOM items

I have the same question.  I am using the Logika skin, and I tried changing the regions' <Update Interval> from -1 to 10 or to 1.  No matter what I set it to, the Outlook Agenda items don't seem to update until about 5 minutes later.  

What does that <Update Interval> parameter do?  What is the unit (minutes or seconds)?  I like how Calendar+ auto-updates immediately when I change an appointment on the desktop Outlook (I have ActiveSync sync continuously).  How do I get Today+ to do the same?
