time format to 24 hour

I am using the latest version of TP with the (default) skin slider.txt. I tried to change the skin and config.txt to be able to use the 24 hour format (like 14:30 instead of 2:30) in my agenda view. I changed every hh:mm to HH:mm, but without success. Is it possible anyway to change the time format.

OK solved, I placed the slider.txt in the wrong map
