On the verge of giving up...

I tried installing it 3 times on my iPAQ 3650.  During the install it hangs on the screen "deleting files from install" (or something like that).  I waited over 10 minutes and no change.  The progress bar is full.  My only choice is a soft reset.
When trying to select the icon from the Programs menu, I get a "TodayPlus or one of its components cannot be found" message.
The program doesn't appear in the Today/Settings screen.

When I tried reinstalling (without first removing the program) I get the message "Already installed, want to re-install"?

I can't tell if it's installed or not.

Any advice?

What operating system are you using?  TodayPlus only supports PocketPC 2002 and Windows Mobile 2003.  I haven't heard of anyone on those platforms having these issues.

Ohhhhh - that might be it!  I thought it was the other way around and DIDN'T support those platforms.
That would explain everything.  Thanks - now I don't have to go nuts trying to figure this out.
