From what I was able on the POOM section, only the tasks that have a due date defined and the due date is equal or greater than today are displayed.

I am currently using the Calendar skin

1. Is it possible to display tasks that do not have a due or a start date?

2. Is it possible to active tasks also? i.e. tasks where start date >= today

Thanks!

1. It is not possible to show tasks that do not have any due date defined.

2. You can show overdue tasks by checking the overdue checkbox in the POOM filters in config.exe (and btw, i think you mistyped 'start date >= today')

1. Would this be a feature that would interest more people? In my case a lot of the time I enter tasks that effective immediately (e.g. reminders) and that do not need a due date. What happens to be a lot is that I forget easily to set a due date for today and the task does not get display on the today screen.....

Is there any reason on why only tasks with due defined are shown on the today screen as current tasks?

2. What do you mistyped? I really meant "start date". Imagine a task that started yesterday and is due in 5 days.... I would like to display in today screen ..... but

Mistyping was in part that you said  >= , where it should have been <=.

As for your elaboration, tasks are listed under the date when they are due. So if a task has due date seven days from now, no matter when they start, they ll be listed under the 7th day from today.

About point 1, it is already requested but AFAIK its not done until now. Probably not high on srs's list :).
