Newbie: "Cannot find 'config' (or one of its components

I'm using a Toshiba e740. I've copied the .CAB file to my Pocket PC and clicked on it in File Explorer.

When I click on config.exe to set up TodayPlus, I get this message:

Config.exe
Cannot find 'config' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required libraries are available.

What am I doing wrong? If I run TodayPlus, I just get a blank screen at this point.

Okay, I just experienced the same issue, however I don't understand the described solution here. What is and where do I find the .NET framework?

From the 0.11.0 download post:

The config app is located in the TodayPlus folder and called config.exe. You will need the Microsoft .NET Framework SP2 for it to work. Download here
