what language is TodayPlus?

I have been playing around with various skin files to customize them to my own needs -- just wondering, what language the skin files are written in?  I am using the reference material provided on the boards which is a great help... but I was just wondering as it looks like a little bit of this and a little bit of that....  Thanks!
