RSS feed syntax

Hi

I have some problems with reading RSS stock quotes.

Could anyone tell me what the syntax for reading RSS Stock quotes is. e.g. state an example hereof ?

I want to read e.g. NYSE, DJI, 10 year Bond. What site can you recommend for RSS stock quote ?

I'd be thankfull for any input...
