change time format

to all:

i have recently download the normal skin of TP; is very good but is there anyone who can help me to:
- change time format from 12 to 24 hours
- i want to see also activities and not only agenda
- at the end of the page i see 4 blue items that i see in other skin have a name (i think to open program): how can i rename this items and run
