problems whith the weather

i have a problem whit the wether,when i up date the information,the wether dont apear,the information is not there and is not to the wether icons.

when i go to config and serch a new city apears Exeption:System,net,WebException:WebException
Maybe this is the problem but i dont know how i can fix it

First you must be able to connect to the internet thru your cradle. Second go to the TodayPlus folder and click on the buffer file using file explorer. If you see 0 kb files alongside the city names, you didn't download the info. The reason for this could be that you have too much rss info downloading and the connection timed out. Or your proxy or firewall won't let you download. As far as the error for city goes. What operating system is on your Pocket PC 2002 or 2003? If you have 2002 you must download the Microsoft net frame work for it to work. If that isn't the problem try a  zip code instead of the city name or visa a versa.
