Skins not displaying properly??

Hi there.. all the INFO in the screens is displaying properly, but the GRAPHICS (the borders, boxes) etc are NOT SHOWING UP... in ANY skin I try.. I have set the Base Folder set to Today Plus as it should be.. and the proper files are located in Images and Skins..  Has anyone else seen this? I am running a Hitachi G1000 Pocket Pc phone running PPC2002..

PLEASE HELP if you can.

Have you installed the Microsoft Net Framework?
