RSS: how to?

Can somebody explain me how to setup a custom rss channel in Today Plus.
1) What are all those variables standing for?
2) Does Today Plus support non-english channels?

I've found an answer to the first question (in the reference ) but I can't find an answer to the second.

it works with non english rss feeds, at least with the lousy german feeds I found.

 Any feed will work It don't matter what languge. If you'r feed dosen't work then it has to do with the feed or your, config.txt file. Or it could be in the rss section in you.r skin file. But any languge does work.

I have installed an application called Pocket RSS. My feed works with it, but it isn't working with Today Plus. I'll be grateful, if you can check out my feed on your device. If you can, I'll send you the adress (the feed is private).
