todayplus freezes after removing from cradle

Hi,

T+ works fine when my Loox is cradled. After removing -> Loox off -> back on after a while (1,5 hour) -> main/weather (osx skin) are empty, no response, OS Start menu freezes on top of T+ (no repaint of display).

Same happened yesterday, I reinstalled -> worked again until..

It seems that T+ tolerates a short period off the cradle.


HW/SW: Loox 6000 with 2002, patched to latest ROM. No CF/SD, only Visa..

let me be more precise.. T+ doen not freeze, but the display remains empty (main/weather views, battery indicator is there, but agenda is empty) until t+ gets data refreshed through GPRS or AS. This raises few questions..i hope that some one could clarify this:

1. What causes T+ to show empty display?. I'm not sure how long I need to keep Loox in off-state before it happens (not minutes, i'd guess about an hour).

2. If this is caused by the idea of not displaying old weather data/news, why does agenda stay empty?. This is irritating because i cannot see the appoinments without going ti PI.

3. What should I change in OSX skin to avoid the empty display.
